I’m very excited for my new book, The Complete Pregnancy Journal, to come out. The design is so lovely, and I think it will become a much-loved keepsake for expecting moms.
The journal covers every aspect of pregnancy in a week-by-week format, including what’s happening to mom and baby and powerful tips and advice on diet, exercise, preparing for baby, and other healthy pregnancy information. Mom can also consider changes to her energy, mood, emotions, and body.
This book also includes information on creating a birth plan, telling the birth story, products for pampering a pregnant mother, getting the home ready for baby, labor and delivery, and more. And I especially love the sections for creating collages to commemorate each trimester.
